What files can I upload?+
We accept JPG, PNG, PDF, STL, OBJ, STEP and ZIP archives up to 200 MB. For anything else, message us first.
How long does production take?+
Most parts ship in 3–5 business days. Express 24-hour turnaround is available for many materials.
What materials are available?+
PLA, ABS, PETG, photopolymer resin, carbon-fibre reinforced nylon, and metal printing including stainless steel and titanium.
Can you create a model from a photo?+
Yes — our AI and design team can generate a print-ready 3D model from a single photo, sketch or logo.
Do you ship internationally?+
We ship to 90+ countries with fully tracked, customs-cleared courier services.
Is my design confidential?+
Yes. All uploads are encrypted at rest and we provide automatic NDAs for commercial projects.
What payment methods do you accept?+
Credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal via Stripe checkout.
Can I order in batch?+
